Report on Ordinance 133 of 1902.

I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entilled

An Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding our million Seven

hundred and Twenty-eight thousand Wine hundred and Forty-two

Dollars and Twenty-three Cents to the Public Service of the

Year 1903,

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to

the Governor's Instructions.
